This information is intended to help you understand the nature of our relationship with the institutional bodies whose products we market, and to decide with a clearer picture. The disclosure follows the law applicable to pension marketing, including Section 21 of the Supervision of Financial Services (Pension Advice, Marketing and Clearing System) Law, 2005.
01·Professional status
Tamir Zaimak — pension insurance agent · License no. L-00137480 · Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority.
Tamir Zaimak is a pension insurance agent, licensed by the Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority. We operate within the scope of that license and the applicable agreements.
02·Nature of our activity
We act as a pension insurance agent, not as a pension adviser. This means we market the products of institutional bodies with which we have an engagement — unlike a pension adviser, who operates without an affiliation to the products recommended. None of this derogates from our commitment to act in the client's interest, to match the solution to their needs, and to present information fairly and transparently.
03·Working with institutional bodies
We work with every insurance company and investment house relevant to our activity, and with the products relevant to the professional license and the applicable agreements with those institutional bodies — across pension, provident, study-fund and insurance products.
Tamir Zaimak works in cooperation with Sela Insurance Agency Ltd., a corporate-licensed insurance agency owned by Meitav Investment House Ltd.
Statutory affiliations relevant to a specific product and engagement are disclosed to the client within the individual disclosure, in accordance with Section 21 of the law and the circumstances of the engagement.
04·How we are remunerated
In the course of our activity, Zaimak Financial & Insurance and/or the agency within which we operate may be entitled to remuneration from the institutional bodies in connection with the marketing and handling of products. The service is not presented as “free,” and this remuneration is not necessarily paid directly by you. Further details are provided within the personal process and in accordance with the law.
05·Product selection
In considering a solution for a client, the choice is not made on the basis of a preference for a particular institutional body because of the remuneration paid by it, but according to the client's data, needs, the relevant products, and the applicable professional and regulatory framework.
As a pension insurance agent who receives remuneration from institutional bodies, we do not present ourselves as a fully independent or “objective” party; this disclosure is intended to help you understand the framework of our relationship with those bodies.
